Collaboration: Jelena, Boaz and Sirusho
Todays Collaboration comes from 2008. Each artist represented their specific country in that year and afterwards gathered together to sing a song about peace. The song reminds me of the 1993 Israel entry Shiru or its 1995 entry Amen. Boaz Ma’uda represented Israel placing 9th. Jelena Tomasevic represented Serbia placing 6th and Sirusho represented Armenia placing 4th. Together they sing ‘A time to pray’.

Have been a Eurovision fan since I first sat down to watch it in 1993 and chewed off most of my nails when it came down to Niamh and Sonia for the winning song although admittedly I wanted Annie Cotton to win for Switzerland.
